Purchasing PRIMAR ENC Charts on a PO

If a vessel should need to place a chart order on a PO, they can use the following instructions to send us a cart file:

1. Click on the ‘Settings’ gear on the left hand side of the screen and select Charts and Add-Ons

2. Select Store at the top of the panel

3. In the chart store, select the Rose Point PRIMAR ENC option.

4. Next, choose the option to Select Charts by Voyage Plan

5. Select the the route you need chart coverage for (Alternatively, you can choose the “Select Charts by Map” option and manually add charts to your cart.)

6. Click the Add to Cart button under the “All Charts on this Route” option. Then click the “Shopping Cart” button in the upper right hand corner of the panel.

7. Click the Remove US charts from Cart button, then click Save Cart…

8. When you click Save Cart… a window will appear allowing you to save a CSV file.

9. Give the file a name, such as ‘Cart’ and save it to your PC desktop.

10. Email the created file to joe@rosepoint.com (cc support@rosepoint.com) so we can put together the order.
